Lunch Pack

Good morning peeps! Today I made a Tuna Sandwich with loads of veggies for lunch. I've lettuce, capsicum, onion, japanese cucumber and tomato. To make it nicer, I add on a slice of cheese (low fat). So yummy....


For snack time, i've 3 types of fruit, which is kiwi, orange and plum.

    1. ala breakfast biasa simple2 jer...takde yg menarikpun...ie roti dengan cheese, cornflakes, kuih karipap. nanti kalau ada yg canggih aida share kay :-)

  3. Dulu masa aktip running, sy kira jgk calorie segala bagai,
    tp lps balik kelate.. malas la pulak.
    ++ berat sy susah benor nak naik, dulu mencanak2 tapi sekarang susah walaupun mkn banyok tak control.. ngape le agaknya huhu.
