Sauna

Cuai punya pasal hari ni aku ke gym tapi tak boleh workout. Sebabnya aku tertinggal kasut kat rumah.huhuhuhu. Aku cuma sedar bila aku dah sampai parking Avenue K tu. Jadi takkan nak balik terus pulak kan? Rugi duit parking . Jadi aku pergi lah jugak ke gym. Bukan nak workout sebab mana boleh workout tanpa kasut tapi nak pergi sauna. Sauna je boleh buat kalau takde kasut. Huhuhuu...Sauna pun sauna lah. Janji berpeluh.

    1. saya masa memula pun macam tu. Tapi skg dah ok. Tipsnya kan kalau macam rasa sesak napas tu cuba tutup hidung dengan towel, bernafas melalui towel yg tak panas tu insyaallah ok. :-)

    1. Akak...kalau saya kurus sure saya dah dok relax dpn tv sambil makan popcorn...hehehee....saya ni gemuk lah kak. Tu yg gigih sangat ni...ehhh tak lah sangat...gigtih skit paksa diri. :-)
