DeleteSaya ni payah skit kak...2 years ago saya konsisten gi gym setahun dapat reduce 15 kg...tapi tak Nampak sangat kot sbb sangat tersangat besar so 15 kg tu takde apa sangatlah kot...tapi suka sangat...tapi bila saya dah kurang gi gym mmg payah nak turun ni....tu yg sy control food biar tak naik...tapi mmg berazam nak gi gym secara istiamah balik ni....:-)
