Lunch Pack

Assalamualaikum and a very good morning everyone!

Just a quick one....My lunch pack for today...

  • Baked Macaroni with Mushroom and Minced Meat
  • Cucumber & Capsicum with Thousand Island Dressing
  • Apple & Grapes

      Saya ni payah skit kak...2 years ago saya konsisten gi gym setahun dapat reduce 15 kg...tapi tak Nampak sangat kot sbb sangat tersangat besar so 15 kg tu takde apa sangatlah kot...tapi suka sangat...tapi bila saya dah kurang gi gym mmg payah nak turun ni....tu yg sy control food biar tak naik...tapi mmg berazam nak gi gym secara istiamah balik ni....:-)

    1. akak suka baked n grilled ida sebab senang...masuk oven tinggal je boleh terus gi mandi, solat n bersiap nak gi keje...
