Lunch Box

This post is dedicated to you guys who have been missing my lunch box.

Omelette for Breakfast
Grilled Chicken + Mix Veggie & Tomato for Lunch
Green Apple for Munching Time
 
 
Grilled Chicken ni resepi baru yang Aida baru dapat minggu lepas.  Hasil daripada merajinkan diri bertanya dengan pakcik google. Masa dapat tu terus cuba buat. Hmmm not bad rasa dia...Tu yang terus jadikan menu untuk lunch box ni. Resepinya simple jer. Here it is.
 
Bahan-Bahannya:
 
Ayam
Bawang Putih
Sos Tiram
Mayonis
Serbuk Lada Hitam
Jintan Manis (Blend)
Jintan Putih (Blend)
Ketumbar (Blend)
Garam
 
Cara-Caranya:
 
1.  Tumbuk bawang putih hingga lumat (Tapi Aida derhaka sikit, Aida ketuk jer)
2.  Lumurkan bawang putih pada ayam. Ratakan.
3.  Lumur Sos Tiram, Mayonis (yang ni Aida tak letak), Serbuk Lada Hitam, Jintan Manis, Jintan Putih, Ketumbar pada ayam sehingga rata.
4.  Perap ayam dalam 30 minit hingga 1 jam.
5.  Kemudian bakar dalam 30 minit (dengan suhu lebih kurang 160).
6.  Siapppppp...
 
Ayam ni boleh dimakan macam tu saja atau dimakan dengan dengan sos. Cubalah ya kawan-kawan. Insyaallah sedap. Selamat mencuba!!!
