This is what I had for Day 1.
 
Breakfast
Overnight Oat with Strawberry

Lunch
Fried Oat with Veggie.
Never heard about fried oat before?  :-)
Lemon Water with Chia Seed

    1. Alamak...camno den nak letak resepi ni..Sonang je kak...
      1) Campurkan Oats dengan Strawberry dalam satu bekas. (kuantiti bergantung kepada kita)
      2) Tuang susus/yogurt drink dalam bekas tersebut sampai tenggelam oat dengan strawberry tadi.
      3) Simpan dalam fridge
      4) Esok pagi keluarkan dan Makan :-)
